schedules

so there are these schedules that i have started following very religiously. i wake up at 5.30 every morning and go for a 1 hour walk, then i start to get ready for work and i am at the breakfast table at 8, leave home at 8.15 and reach office at 8.30. then its calls and mails and chat sessions and excel sheets and word documents. at around 1 my stomach starts growling so i open up my tiffin box to see whats inside...the eating happens and by 1.30 i am done with that.....i try to walk around a bit after and then continue with my work....all this changes a bit here and there if i have a client meeting to go for.....

the major change in the last two weeks is that i try and leave work at 6 max 6.30. i do that so i can walk for another hour. that done and i am ready for dinner and a little bit of tv. big boss has become a regular 10 to 11 feature for me after which i hit the sack and we go back to line number 1.

the reason i suddenly decided to blog about this is because suddenly i realised that i am not doing much outside this.....i would avoid going out in the evening, would reach home and give that as an excuse for not coming out again and going through mad traffic.....

i have a meeting today at 5 and i know its a client where i would be in his office till 10 atleast......i am going to feel majorly guilty after for not being able to do my walk......

i want to start managing my time better and also try and get more flexible....if i continue this way i am going to end up being fit but without a social life.......yet again the balance funda strikesss.........

and you run and you run to catch up with the sun but its sinking.....
racing around to come up behind you again......
the sun is the same in a relative way but you're older.....
shorter of breath and one day closer to death.......

every year is getting shorter, never seem to find the time.......
