its been a crazy couple of weeks. 26 days to be exact. i got hooked on to a pakistani serial called Zindagi Gulzar Hai (Life is a Garden). It took me to places i havnt been in a really long time. made me ask myself a lot of questions about relationships and how they can make or break you as a person.
The characters were so real and there were some really intense moments when knowing the background of a person you know why they do what they do! i learnt that as soon as that truth is known everything falls into place. you just need to share whats going on in your head for any relationship to be good.
there is so much more i want to write about Kashaf (played by Sanam Saeed) the lead lady but all i want to say is that i fell in love with her and her character. she was intense and loving and just plain awesome! Zaroon (played by Fawad Khan, and yes i think he is freaking good!) was this flirt who played around with women and finally broke an engagement to be with the woman he loved because even though she hated him he knew deep down she was the one!
And then there was the background song sung by Hadiqa Kiani (who has an awesome voice and is just plain hot!) has been playing in repeat at home and in my car and in my friends car over and over again until the lyrics have just sunk so deep that their meaning is another scene altogether!

the serial also made me fall in love with the voice of Ayesha Omar. Khamoshi and Laage Re Nayan are my favourite songs by her currently
