a long time back i used to buy coffee from this oldish man. he was quite a chilled out guy and it was nice talking to him every morning. met him after a really long time and the first thing he said to be was 'oh!! you are fat!!'
so its out! looks like the 7 kgs that i have put on is showing in a more obvious way. funny how i still havnt agreed to looking fat :)
here's to getting back to some form of exercise and soon!!
