its weird when you watch power games being played. everyone has an agenda. who they want to align themselves with, is never known. the trick is to watch silently and understand whats happening. this has worked for me really well because people actually like to talk, awkward silences gets to them and they try to fill up those with whatever comes to their mind. in most cases it is always something they shouldnt be saying.
then there are some days when you just dont want to shut up and watch. this is one of those days......
i am not too sure about where things are going at present but i know that a lot of people are leaving the organisation that i work for. this means i move up and take on more responsibilites. strange how i dont want it......
let me play my power game now.....the difference is mine i use silence.....
